    Methodology

EOI has developed and implemented a methodology based on practical training and individualized, active attention to each participant.

This methodology combines training sessions and workshops with mentoring sessions to advise the student and their project.

The program's content is designed to convey a global vision of a new way of undertaking entrepreneurship through agile entrepreneurship methodologies.

The Lean Startup methodology, Customer Development, and Agile Development form the basis of the training program. The personalized mentoring phase is designed to allow students to put into practice and deepen the content learned during the workshops, adapting it to their business plan or idea. The selection of specialized workshops is flexible, depending on the interests of each university and each group of entrepreneurs (Personal Branding, Digital Skills for Entrepreneurship, Digital Marketing, Creating Your Own Website, Effective Communication, E-commerce, Automation/AI, etc.).

At the end of the program, a DEMODAY will be held where participants will share the results of their work and experiences through their memoirs/projects.

A certificate will be awarded to all students who have achieved the required attendance percentages, both at the lecture sessions and the tutorials, and who have completed the final course evaluation, which must achieve a passing grade.
