The Union of Women Farmers and Ranchers is organizing a free workshop on “Food Waste, Resourceful Cooking, and the Economic Sustainability of Women in Rural Areas.” The workshop will focus on the role of women in rural areas and their contribution to economic sustainability. It will address food waste and share resourceful cooking techniques applicable to both domestic and agricultural settings. Strategies for generational succession and support resources for rural women will also be explored. The event will conclude with a participatory tasting session and an exchange of experiences and best practices.
