Within the framework of the European project DIGI-Rangeland , a survey is being carried out targeting non-livestock agents in the territory who are directly or indirectly linked to the management of pastures, extensive systems and rural areas.
The DIGI-Rangeland project aims to improve the sustainability and viability of extensive livestock farming by incorporating digital technologies. With a multi-stakeholder approach across 10 European countries, the project seeks to connect farmers, researchers, advisors, local organizations, and technology providers to share knowledge, identify barriers, and promote practical, data-driven solutions.
Its main objectives include the creation of a European innovation network in digital technologies for pastures, the identification of tools adapted to the real needs of users, the analysis of obstacles to their adoption, the improvement of training for farmers, advisors and students, and the contribution to a more sustainable, efficient and resilient management of pastures.
Participation in this survey is essential to better understand the needs, perceptions, and opportunities related to the digitalization of grazing systems and land management.
