Within the framework of the grant from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food for carrying out activities of special interest to promote the role of women in rural development, the Association of Women of Agri-food Cooperatives of Spain (AMCAE) will implement a program of actions in which social, economic and technological innovation will take center stage.
This event aims to create a welcoming space for learning, participation, and the exchange of experiences among women involved in the agri-food cooperative sector, reinforcing their active role in rural areas. In this context, the program combines practical information, personal reflection, and real-world experiences, addressing issues of particular interest to cooperative representatives. The Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) will be discussed from a clear, direct, and accessible perspective, facilitating the resolution of doubts and the exchange of concerns. Meanwhile, the leadership workshop will provide personal and professional tools to strengthen women's confidence, self-assurance, and capacity for participation. The event concludes with a panel discussion focused on women who have begun their journey in cooperative governance, highlighting role models and contributing to strengthening networks, fostering solutions, and advancing towards a more equitable, participatory, and empowered leadership.
